Do I need a Facebook account?

Yes. If you do not already have one we can create one for you, but both our Social Media Content/Scheduling and Lead Generation services use Facebook. You do not need one for stand alone 3D Tours.
Am I tied to a contract?

There are no contracts but our Lead Generation & Nurturing solution is a 90 day package. Due to the nature of the industry this is a minimum time we recommend for seeing results.
Do you re-sell the leads?

Absolutely not. Generated buyer and seller leads are for your sole use and we will not share or re-sell to your competitors.
How long will it take me to see results?

This depends on the package you have chosen but once setup is complete it's typical to get leads delivered within the first 24 hours. It's important to remember these are then still part of the nurturing process.

How do free trials work?

You will complete an 'on boarding' form online asking you some questions to ensure we are a good fit. You pay the agreed ad budget and then you sit back and watch the leads delivered! NB: Free trials are for 10 days.
How do I know it will work for my estate agency?

We have been in business 10 years, have worked with businesses just like yours with a track record of success. We have worked on and perfected a methodology we use ourselves and is now available for you! Jump on a discovery call or book a free trial, you will not be disappointed!
How much ad budget do I need per month?

This will depend on what package we recommend for your business. We require a minimum advertising budget of £300 per month (Except the free trial). This will generate a significant ROI for your agency
What sort of costs are involved?

Social media content and 3D Tour software are fixed monthly prices. For lead generation & nurturing there is no 'one size fit's all' so it's best to jump on a FREE 30 minute Discovery Call and a lead generation specialist will recommend the best package/pricing for your agency.
