Clicks to Clients believes in helping its clients as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the development is started.

Cancelling a domain name or hosting account

You must email us putting Cancellation in the subject title at least 30 days prior to the renewal date and one of our support team members will reply back to you. You will be requested to confirm the cancellation and you must do this before we can initiate the cancellation procedure. If you fail to do this, the domain will not be cancelled and you will incur renewal charges.

Cancelling a web development agreement

We will work with our customers to help ensure that every single one of them is completely happy with the work we produce. In the unlikely event that we are unable to satisfy the customers needs, cancellation of the project must be made in writing by the customer. In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the Customer, we reserve the right to retain the original deposit. In the event that more than the amount of the deposits worth of the anticipated work is completed, additional payment will be due, prorated based on the percentage of work completed. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of notification to stop work.

Cancelling a subscription based service

In order to cancel one of our subscription based services simply login to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription. On receipt of the subscription cancellation that we receive from PayPal we will close your account and no further charges will be made.

Print

Once a proof has been signed off via email you will have no opportunity to cancel a print order. For refunds please make sure all claims are submitted in writing via email (admin@clickstoclients.co.uk) a maximum of 30 days after the order has been shipped. You will be advised of the shipping date in writing via email.

eCommerce / CMS systems

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by giving us 30 days notice. You can do this by writing to us. We recommend that you send the letter via a ‘signed for’ service so you know that it has arrived with us. Website design projects

Design projects can be cancelled providing the project has not started but please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Project start dates are estimates and can vary so please contact your account manager as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the project. No refunds are possible for design projects unless at our discretion.

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 15 days of FREE support. We develop and sell Websites that we use ourselves every day and have satisfied customers nationwide, and our support is second to none.

In any case, no refund will be provided unless the order is cancelled as per cancellation policy.
